Refund Policy

Summary: Digital subscriptions and single-trip purchases are generally non-refundable. We offer a 7-day goodwill refund window for website purchases made in error.
Website Purchases
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@rihla-app.com within 7 days of the charge with your order number from your Paddle receipt.
- We will review your request and, at our discretion, issue a full refund if the purchase was clearly made in error or if the Service was unavailable at the time of purchase.
- Refunds are not available after 7 days or once premium features have been substantially used.
- Annual subscriptions that have already auto-renewed are not eligible for a refund for the renewed period. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
App Store and Google Play Purchases
Purchases made through the iOS App Store or Google Play are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies respectively. We cannot process refunds for those transactions directly; please contact Apple or Google.
How to Cancel
- Website subscription: email support@rihla-app.com and we will cancel your renewal.
- App Store subscription: go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
- Google Play subscription: go to Google Play → Subscriptions.
