Welcome to Rihla ("the App"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App. By using Rihla you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

• Account info: email, name, profile photo.
• Trip data: dates, locations, notes you create.
• Purchase data: managed by RevenueCat for subscriptions.
• Ads: Google AdMob may collect device identifiers.
• Location: when you enable live location sharing.
• Photos & files: that you choose to upload to the Vault or Pack.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and operate the App services.
• Authenticate your identity at sign-in.
• Process payments and subscriptions.
• Display relevant ads (for non-premium users).
• Improve the App and fix bugs.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with necessary service providers:

• Firebase (Google): authentication and cloud storage.
• RevenueCat: subscription and purchase management.
• Google AdMob: ad serving.
• Cloudflare: file and photo storage.
• Google Gemini: AI-powered trip plan generation.

5. Your Rights

• You can delete your account at any time via Settings > Account > Delete Account.
• You can request data export or deletion by emailing support@rihla-app.com.

6. Children

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Terms of Service

• You may not use the App for unlawful purposes or abuse the service.
• Content you post remains yours; you grant us a licence to display it within the App.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable per store policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice.
