If I pay on the website, does it work in the app too?
Yes. A subscription purchased on the Rihla website is linked to your account and is recognised automatically in the iOS and Android apps — and vice versa. Sign in with the same account everywhere.
How do I cancel my annual subscription?
Email us at support@rihla-app.com and we will cancel your renewal immediately. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel from your device's subscription settings.
Do you offer refunds?
Web purchases can be refunded within 7 days if made in error — contact support@rihla-app.com with your order number. App Store and Google Play purchases follow Apple's and Google's refund policies. Full details in our Terms of Service.
What currencies do you accept?
Web payments are processed by Paddle and accept all major credit and debit cards in USD. App Store and Google Play handle local currency conversion automatically.
Is there a free trial for the Annual Pass?
